Creating the RIGHT Fund

A Real Estate Fund is a corporate structure that invests in Real Estate.  A  Right Side Boutique Fund™ is designed to support the needs of its investors.  The Real Estate Fund is usually a Limited Partnership Syndication with one or more possible tax planning investment channels for investors. 

The different channels support multiple types of investor needs such as:

  • Cash, RSP Investment or TFSA Investments
  • Accredited vs. Non-Accredited Investors
  • Distribution via Capital Gains, Capital  Dividends or Standard Dividends
  • Jurisdiction Securities Requirements

  • Profit distribution (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually  or Balloon)
