Direct Ownership through a Co-Ownership Joint Venture
For many investors, the idea of participating in real estate aligns with their goals but, they would rather take more active control of their investment. There are two primary methods to achieve active real estate investment:
1) Direct Ownership
You manage the entire process from purchasing to finding tenants and managing the daily operations of the property, without any involvement from Right Side.
2) Co-Ownership Joint Venture
You partner with a seasoned real estate investor and you both have an active role in the operation of the property. In this case, you are relying on your investment partner to manage much of the day to day phone calls and issues but you both decide on the property to purchase, are both on the title, decide on major decisions, etc. so this way, you are not alone.
